1. About the Service

FinancialNeuron ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") is a quantitative research and analytics platform owned and operated by Neuraxis Infotech, a registered MSME Micro Enterprise (UDYAM Registration No. UDYAM-UP-03-0142214), founded by Abhishek Kumar.

The Platform provides automated technical, fundamental and quantitative analysis of equities listed on Indian exchanges (NSE and BSE), including deep-dive charting, screeners, sector-rotation views, market-structure detection, portfolio-science engines and market intelligence. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Not Investment Advice · No SEBI Registration

All information, signals, scores, forecasts, charts, rankings and other outputs produced by the Platform are generated by automated algorithms for informational and educational purposes only. They are general in nature, are not tailored to your financial situation, objectives or risk profile, and must not be construed as investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security.

Any "BUY", "SELL", entry, target or stop-loss level shown by the Platform is an algorithmic output derived from historical and market data — not a personalised recommendation. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. We strongly encourage you to consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser and to conduct your own independent research and due diligence before making any financial decision.

3. No Guarantee of Results · Market Risk

Trading and investing in securities involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of your entire capital. The Platform does not guarantee any profit, return or particular outcome.

• Past performance, backtests and simulated results are hypothetical and do not guarantee or indicate future results.
• Forecasts (including GARCH, GBM, Monte-Carlo and factor-model outputs) are probabilistic estimates, not certainties, and may prove materially inaccurate.
• Model assumptions can break down in fast-moving, illiquid or non-stationary market conditions.

You acknowledge that you use the Platform and act on its outputs entirely at your own risk, and that Neuraxis Infotech is not liable for any trading or investment losses.

4. Data Sources & Accuracy

Market and fundamental data are obtained from third-party providers (including, among others, Yahoo Finance) and may be delayed, cached, incomplete, or subject to error. The Platform does not provide official, real-time exchange feeds. All data and derived analytics are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness. You should verify any critical figure against an authoritative source before relying on it.

5. Eligibility & Your Account

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Platform. Access requires signing in with a Google account for identification; you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your sign-in and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

6. Subscriptions, Pricing & Billing

The Platform is offered under tiered plans — Free, Pro and Premium — with the features and coverage limits described on our Pricing page. Each tier restricts the number of stocks and the engines available, as stated at the time of purchase.

• Paid plans are priced at ₹1,999 (Pro) and ₹4,999 (Premium), billed on a monthly basis unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes (including GST) may be added.
• A paid subscription grants access for a period of one (1) month from activation. Access does not renew automatically unless you complete payment again for the same or a different plan.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your full card or banking credentials.
• We may revise plan features, coverage limits or pricing on a prospective basis; changes will not affect the plan you have already paid for during its active period.

7. Coupons & Promotional Offers

We may issue coupon codes or promotional discounts from time to time, including during festive seasons or special occasions. Coupons are non-transferable, have no cash value, may be limited in time or quantity, and may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion. Only validly issued and unexpired codes will be honoured, as verified at checkout.

8. Refunds & Cancellation

Because the Platform provides immediate access to digital analytics, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a plan has been activated, except where a refund is required under applicable law. You may choose not to renew at the end of your one-month period; non-renewal simply stops further access and is not itself a refund. For any billing issue, please contact us using the details in Section 15.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-extract data or outputs from the Platform by automated means;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code, models or algorithms of the Platform;
• resell, redistribute, sublicense or commercially exploit the Platform or its outputs without our written permission;
• circumvent authentication, tier limits, rate limits or other technical restrictions;
• use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, or in violation of exchange or regulatory rules.

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms, without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, source code, models, engine logic, user interface, text, graphics, the FinancialNeuron and Neuraxis Infotech names and marks, and all related intellectual property, are owned by Neuraxis Infotech and are protected by applicable laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial use during your active plan period. No other rights are granted.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). We collect and process limited personal data — such as the identity information provided by Google sign-in and your subscription and payment status — for the purposes of authentication, providing the service, billing, security and compliance. We do not sell your personal data. By using the Platform you consent to such processing.

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform relies on third-party services, including Google (authentication), Razorpay (payments) and external market-data providers. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, availability or content.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neuraxis Infotech, its founder, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, capital, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Platform or reliance on its outputs — including trading and investment losses. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the subscription in the one (1) month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neuraxis Infotech and its founder against any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, our practices, or the law. The "Last updated" date above indicates the latest revision. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform.
